A causa di un attacco di cuore avvenuto durante una permanenza in Egitto, nella giornata di ieri 12 febbraio è venuto a mancare Steve Strange, leader dei Visage. La triste notizia, come riporta il Guardian, è stata postata con un messaggio da Marc Green, boss della August Day Recordings: «siamo estremamente addolorati nell’annunciare che Steve Strange è morto alle ore 11:15 del 12 febbraio allo Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital. Steve è deceduto nel sonno per insufficienza cardiaca. I familiari, compagni di band e amici di Steve sono rimasti sconvolti da questa notizia, e chiedono il rispetto della privacy in questo momento davvero difficile».
