In attesa che venga distribuito da Sony nelle nostre sale il prossimo 7 settembre, è stata diffusa la tracklist ufficiale della soundtrack di Baby Driver, nuovo film di Edgar Wright (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, La fine del mondo). Questa include, tra gli altri, brani di Blur, Barry White, Queen, Dave Brubeck, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Beck, T. Rex, The Beach Boys e Sky Ferreira, presente anche nel cast. Uscita fissata per il 23 giugno (via 30th Century Records).
La trama ruota attorno alla figura di un pilota criminale. Tra furti e crimini vari, le cose si complicano quando una rapina commissionata da un potente boss fallisce, mettendo a rischio la sua vita e l’incolumità della sua famiglia. La musica avrà un ruolo primario nella pellicola. Il tutto è in parte ispirato al videoclip Blue Song dei Mint Royale, diretto dallo stesso Wright.
