In uscita il 21 aprile 2017, l’edizione 93 della serie fabric ospita i Soul Clap, reduci dalla pubblicazione dell’omonimo album a ottobre 2016.
Il duo residente a New York, che quest’anno compie dieci anni, mette in scena in 34 tracce un percorso principalmente house pieno di groove, colori e atmosfere influenzate da jazz, hip hop, funk, soul, dub e disco. Tra le proposte, anche un remix in chiave deep di I Gotta Feeling dei Midnight Magic, e The Compass, traccia realizzata da Lonely C’s, metà del duo, insieme a Tom Trago.
«Crediamo – affermano i due in press release – che questo mix sia appropriato per l’ascolto in casa, con le cuffie ma anche in un afterparty divertendosi con gli amici. Energico ma comunque delicato».
