A un anno esatto da 66, Paul Weller torna con Find El Dorado, raccolta di cover dal taglio prevalentemente country folk che omaggia le sue radici musicali, in particolare quegli artisti che hanno segnato, anche indirettamente, la sua formazione musicale. Tra i 15 brani spiccano collaborazioni di rilievo: Robert Plant presta voce e armonica alla toccante Clive’s Song, mentre Noel Gallagher imbraccia la chitarra nella title track El Dorado. Il disco include anche reinterpretazioni di brani firmati Richie Havens, The Kinks, Bee Gees e Flying Burrito Brothers, un piacevole divertissement d’autore.
