Nelle 13 tracce del disco sono comprese una Cinnamon Girl suonata al pianoforte, una vecchia versione della Old Man che sarebbe finita poi su Harvest, il brano Bad Fog of Loneliness ma anche riletture acustiche di brani tratti da After the Gold Rush e dal catalogo dei Buffalo Springfield.
